Pamela Geddes' journey is as unique as her wines. A Scottish native, who started in the whisky industry, before venturing into winemaking in Australia, where she fell in love with sparkling reds. After moving to Barcelona, she established Lobban Wines; a tiny, yet mighty, winery we absolutely love. Pale gold and fine-muscled, this traditional-method fizz offers bright green apple, lemon zest, and pastry brioche aromas. On the palate it’s dry and creamy (2–4 g/L RS), with vibrant acidity, subtle spice, and textured lees complexity. With 20 months of bottle ageing, it’s a lively, elegant, and quietly confident sparkling wine meant to be enjoyed spontaneously.
